Construction:
- Mono-block welded and stabilised frame to guatantee resistance to twisting when being used to their maximum cutting capacity.
- Single lever high precision blade adjustment
- Centralized hydraulic block
- Single action hydraulic cylinder for cut and return movements
- Heavy duty motorized back-stop with front readout and control, and end of travel retraction.
- Lateral and front guards are made from polycarbonate designed to stop the possible impacts, but allowing a clear view inside the protected zone.
Standard Equipment:
- Heat treated 4 cutting edges on lower blade, and two cutting edges on upper blade. Suitable to cut stainless steel
- Motorized back gauge with front control readout
- Remote foot pedal with emergency stop
- 1000mm left side square arm with retracting stop
- Two front support arms with retracting stop
- Hold-downs with self adjusting pressure system
- Table equipped with ball transfers for better sheet metal handling
- Low noise hydraulic pumps
