Band sawing machine with adjustable automatic saw frame feed, suitable for cutting metal profiles and solids from 60 deg. left to 45 deg right.
This model optimizes the operator's time, as he can make the band approach workpiece by hand and then let the cutting operation go on its own, only adjusting the saw frame feed speed.
Manual return of the saw frame to initial position.
NEW FRONTAL POSITION OF THE BLADE-TENSIONING DEVICE.

  • Tubular section of steel welded saw frame; work table turnable on steel balls and bearings.
  • Automatic stops at 60, 45, 0, 45 deg.
  • Optional loading / unloading tables
  • Adjustable tapered roller bearings placed on the hinged pivot pin.
  • 360 mm dia. band wheels, gear reducer in oil bath.
  • Hard metal pads inside of the band guides and driving bearings.
  • Electrical components complying with E.C. Standards EN60204-1, EN55011, EN50082-2 low voltage (24V), main switch with interlocking attachment and minimum tension coil, thermomagnetic overload motor protections, emergency stop, ammeter for blade absorption, swich for manual lowering (fast or regulated) and adjustable speed lowering with band stop at cut end,stroke-ends on the band protection guard and on the band tensioner , new floor stand with removable chips collection drawer and tank, predisposed for handling with lift truck.
  • Adjustable front manual vice free to slide transversally on the work table with quick blocking and fast positionning , coolant pump.
  • Powered band cleaning brush, adjustable bar stop, bi-metal band.
  • Wrenches and manual of instructions, maintenance and spare parts.
