Band sawing machine with adjustable automatic saw frame feed, in compliance with E.C. Safety Standards and with the Norms of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
This model optimizes the operator's time, who can get the band close to the workpiece by hand and then let the cutting operation continue on its own by only adjustyng the saw frame feed speed.
Manual return of the saw frame to the initial position.
Suitable for cutting metal profiles and solids (steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper).
The saw frame swivels from 0 to 60 deg. left.

  • Cast iron saw frame with tubular section.
  • Band tension 1700 kg/cm2.
  • Adjustable tapered roller bearings placed on the hinged pivot pin.
  • 320 mm. band wheels.
  • Gear reducer in oil bath.
  • Hard metal pads inside the band guides.
  • New design of the band protection guard and new electrical control box. Electrohydraulic control with three cutting facilities to be selected by the operator:
A) as a manual machine;
B) manual band approach and cut with hydraulic brake;
C) band approach and cut with gravity feed (adjustable saw frame feed speed and stop at the end of the cut);
  • Electrical components complying with E.C. Standards EN60204-1, EN55011, EN50082-2.
  • Low voltage (24V), start button inside the handle of the control lever
  • Main switch with interlocking attachment and minimum tension coil
