Many lines have been designed and built by COMAL where the coiled stock is dispensed and fed through a straightener.
Entering the roll forming line, there are options of flying head synchronized piercing and punching stations, which impart cutouts and holes to the stock while in the flat.
When the section is completely formed and exits the roll it is sheared to length by a flying shear, also synchronized with the flow of the stock.

A UNIQUE SYSTEM
The above photos represent a dual line machine which forms simultaneously the stainless steel channel and its cap as shown below.

Every section has its unique requirements.
COMAL doesn't have any criteria as to how wide and how high of a section it may be able to roll form.
Each case will be considered individually and the customer will be advised according to his/her special requirements
