ProShear Guillotines ProBend Pressbrakes Back to top EUROMAC: Better Ideas – Better SolutionsEUROMAC is a worldwide supplier of high-quality machines for sheet metal working, such as CNC punching, bending and notching machines utilizing the most recent technologies and constantly refined by their design engineers to meet demanding market requirements of flexibility. Today, manufacturers of punched parts are all facing the same challenges: they need to produce more complex parts in lower lot sizes, with greater quality, in less time. They need to process a variety of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper... in any given sequence. And instead of merely punching, they also nibble, form, thread tap, engrave, mark, bead, bend, extrude or produce arcs, louvers, grids, countersinks, or create several holes in single hit. So where can a manufacturer find that kind of flexibility? Right here at EUROMAC. ![]() Simple, intuitive controls. Operating a EUROMAC is easy EUROMAC produces three types of machines: Punching Bending Notching From the beginning, Hypertherm established itself as the innovator in plasma cutting technology. In fact, Hypertherm was the first plasma cutting Equipment Company to earn ISO 9001 registration in the USA. The company's first product, the PAC400, was the result of research and development that succeeded in directing water radially at a plasma cutting arc, producing a higher energy density on the area being cut. Metals up to 150 mm thick could be severed with far superior cut quality than any other plasma system available at the time. For over 30 years, Hypertherm has played a vital role in the metalworking industry and contributed pioneering advances to become the industry standard for cut quality and weldability. Under the leadership of Hypertherm's founder, Richard W. Couch, Jr., the company has grown from two associates housed in a small garage to close to 500 associates in a 135,000-square-foot facility in Hanover, New Hampshire, USA. Hypertherm has evolved into a thriving global entity that serves a continually expanding customer base in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The worldwide organisation includes subsidiaries in Germany, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Italy and The Netherlands; sales offices in Canada, France, Mexico, and Japan; and welding supply distributors and original equipment manufacturers in 60 countries.
PPT has been an Authorised Hypertherm distributor now for over 15 years and hold extensive parts stocks.
Hypertherm plasma cutting systems are the most advanced in the world, and in head-to-head tests, Hypertherm systems consistently outperform all competitive brands. They have been proven to decrease the cost of metal cutting in the full range of applications - from hand-held cutting and fabricating to mechanised production and computer-controlled automated manufacturing. Hypertherm systems deliver fast cutting to promote a higher work rate and greater output. Both the manual and mechanised lines assure tolerances necessary to optimise weld quality, facilitate forming and enhance machinability. Every system has outstanding reliability to minimise downtime, and Hypertherm consumable parts are unsurpassed for longevity.
This all adds up to the most cost-effective way to cut metal today.
The most important cut of all
Trimming unnecessary operating costs helps you achieve a better bottom line. No Company has more plasma cutting experience or expertise. No other company focuses exclusively on plasma cutting. No other systems cut the cost of cutting metal better than Hypertherm. PROARC are specialist manufacturers of Cutting and Welding equipment with their Master Series machines construction, characterised by the use of CAD designed heavy duty, wide load bearing gantry side pods, running on manganese content hardened "I" section crane rails, one side mounted on fabricated "H"-beams, the other side mounted on top of the heavy-duty fume duct, a well tried and accurate method, successfully used over many years by both Japanese and European manufacturers of precision cutting systems. PPT are an accredited supplier and as such have undertaken to have our own in-house Service Engineer fully trained in all facets of the Proarc machines and Hypertherm control units, for full ongoing support to companies such as yours. United Proarc Corporation is an accredited user of Hypertherm products with the combination of both the Motion system and the Hypertherm units meeting the very stringent CE Mark for Safety & Performance. The Proarc "Athlete Series" high precision cutting machine is of a similar quality construction to the "Master Series". When coupled with a high precision plasma cutting system, it can achieve unequalled cutting quality at very high cutting speeds.
Current production is 6-10 machines per month, with over 70% exported to worldwide markets.

Metal processing plays an important role in modern mechanical engineering.
New and further development of the cutting and separating techniques allow sheet metal parts and thicker steel parts, to be manufactured with high precision which are frequently fitted to the finished product without additional machining. However, these parts often have sharp edges, burrs or hard slag on the edges, which bear the risk of injury and may lead to paintwork problems. The technical solution for this is deburring by machine. In the past this had to be done manually, but today this task is performed by modern wide belt grinding machines. Wide belt grinding machines can even produce a high quality decorative surface finish on sheet metal economically. WEBER have developed a suitable technical solution to fit all applications and offers a comprehensive range of machines meeting all requirements whether they be from "Thin ~ Thick" Punched - Nibbled - Lasercut - Plasma or Oxy Fuel cut components.
